Thorn Hill Vineyards

On Thursday March 22nd, 2012, 7pm at the Harrisburg Hilton, the Pennsylvania Wine Society presents a very unique tasting event with Thorn Hill Vineyards. What makes this event truly unique is that Thorn Hill Vineyards is a California based winery that is the first to open a Pennsylvania tasting room and retail operation right here in Lancaster. They sell direct to the public.

Stephanie and I have had the pleasure of meeting Jack and Amy at several wine functions and to say that they are passionate about wine and life is an understatement. They are a delight and you will have a chance to meet them as we enjoy their wines. The husband and wife team, long-life residents of Pennsylvania, are living their dream...........a California wine operation that is now on both sides of the country where they enjoy homes. Jack is the CEO and oversees the operations side of the business and Amy is the winemaker of beautiful hand crafted Artisan wines of exceptional quality. With vineyards in Napa, Sonoma and Lake Counties, Thorn Hill produces several Cabernets, a Petite Sirah, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Merlot.
